Wes Hather

Wes started his career in game development, where he found his passion in design and user experience. While building games during the day, Wes hacked on side projects during the night with his old college roommate Gordon. They were accepted into the startup incubator Y-Combinator soon after, allowing them to quit their day jobs and pursue their dreams. While at YC, Wes fell in love with entrepreneurship and the art of building something from nothing. He’s been working on start-ups ever since. At Outreach, Wes brings relentless craftsmanship to the table; unsatisfied until a huge smile is on the customer’s face. When Wes is not working, you’ll find him indulging his inner-foodie, exploring new local bars and restaurants, and traveling the world. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Washington and lives in Seattle with his fiancée and his very loud cat, The General.
