Raphaël Rousseau, MD, PhD, is a seasoned clinical drug development consultant with over 25 years of experience in designing and executing clinical trials from phase 1 to phase 4 across various therapeutic areas. Currently serving as a freelance consultant at Kerisper Biopharma Consulting, Raphaël also holds positions as a scientific advisor at JEITO and Owkin, and was a strategic advisor and Chief Medical Officer at Day One Biopharmaceuticals. Previous roles include Chief Medical Officer at Neogene Therapeutics, Executive Vice President at Gritstone bio, and Senior Group Medical Director at Genentech, where Raphaël led innovative pediatric drug development initiatives. Educationally, Raphaël holds multiple degrees in medicine and therapeutic biotechnologies from prestigious institutions, including a PhD from Université Paris Cité and a Clinical Fellowship from Baylor College of Medicine.
