Carlos Damken

Carlos Damken has a long and varied work experience. Carlos began their professional career in 1992 as a Senior System Administrator for Grupo INRA S.A. and then as the founder and leader of Ampel Computers, where they were responsible for programming and maintaining software systems, leading five employees, and coordinating projects in Mexico and the United States. In 1997, they became a Senior System Administrator for Aries Ingeniería Integral S.A. de C.V., and in 2003, they were appointed Deputy Director of Financial Control for the Mexican Government's Social Ministry. In 2010, they worked as a Market Research and IT intern for Tangle Bulgaria - Market Niche LTD, and in 2013, they began working as a freelancer for Damken Consulting. Finally, in 2014, they joined ownCloud as a Senior Support Engineer and then as Support Team Lead.

Carlos Damken attained their Master in International Business Administration from the University of Hamburg in 2013, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Carlos also holds a Licenciado en Computación from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Iztapalapa. M\u00e9xico, which they obtained in 2002. In addition, Carlos has obtained several certifications, including ITIL V3 Grundlagen from FCS Consulting GmbH in 2013, Toefl from ETS Toefl in 2006, ZMP from Goethe Institut in 2006, Siipso 2005 from SEDESOL, Oportunidades in 2005, Grundlagen von ArcView 8 (ArcGIS) from SIGSA in 2004, and Unixware 7 from The Santa Cruz Operation in 1999.
