Yasmin Ahmed has extensive experience working in various roles related to diversity, inclusion, and organizational development. Their most recent position was as Deputy Director, Inclusion at Oxford Brookes University starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as Head of Inclusion at the University of London from October 2020 to February 2023. Yasmin also co-founded and co-chaired the Race Equity and Cultural Harmony Network (REACH) on behalf of the University of Reading, where they collaborated with over 30 member organizations to drive race equity and cultural harmony.
