Adam Woolhead

Adam Woolhead has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Adam started their career as an Aircraft Engineer/Propeller Technician at Jade Air, where they were responsible for the dismantling, servicing, inspection, and building of aircraft propellers. Adam also performed light aircraft maintenance and assisted with general hangar facilities. Adam then worked as a Sales I.T Administrator and Website Support at Audi UK, where they provided computer-related support and maintained the used car portfolio system.

Adam later joined TAE as an Aircraft Engineer/Propeller Technician, where their responsibilities included dismantling, inspecting, testing, and overhauling propellers. Adam also fabricated hydraulic hoses and ensured high standards of quality control.

Adam then worked at Hosiden Besson Ltd as an SMT Operator, where they were responsible for ensuring smooth production line operations and setting up machines for efficient production.

Adam joined Lombard Medical Technologies as a Production Technician, where they serviced, maintained, modified, and built sewing machines for stent graft manufacturing. Adam also designed production equipment and control systems using Atmel MCUs and Eagle PCB.

In their most recent role as a Production Engineer at Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd, Adam supported the build of prototype production equipment and improved production processes. Adam provided technical support to the manufacturing department and documented clear specifications and work instructions for effective product assembly and testing.

Adam Woolhead attended Northbrook College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an HND/LWTR degree in Aero Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Slindon Collage from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their GCSE's. In addition to their formal education, Adam also received a certification in Aircraft Maintenance NVQ - Level 2 Aircraft Engineering Maintenance in June 2001 from EAL Awards.
