Katharine Hodge

Katharine Hodge has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent management. Katharine began their career as a Clerical officer and Team leader at Their Majesty's Court Service before moving on to roles at Harvey Nash and PA Consulting, where Katharine currently holds the position of Senior Talent Specialist and Global HR Project Manager. With a strong background in managing performance reviews and people surveys, Katharine also has experience as a Practice Manager and Executive Assistant. Katharine received their education at Coulsdon College.
