Before transitioning into the technology industry, Josh gained valuable operational and management experience in the hotel industry, holding positions such as Assistant General Manager at The Watergate Hotel, Embassy Suites Washington DC, and Assistant Director of Front Office at Capital Hilton. Overall, they have a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, and hospitality operations.

Josh Graham attended The George Washington University from 1994 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Josh obtained additional certifications in Acclivus Coaching from Acclivus Corporation in August 2019 and in R3 Sales Excellence from the same institution in July 2019.
