Lane Willhite

Lane Willhite started their career in 2010 at Arthur | Marshall as an Associate Partner, where they worked until 2014. Lane then moved to Adaptive Medical Partners in 2014, holding the position of Associate Director of Recruiting, focusing on consulting and working with Hospital-based, full-time positions in all specialties. In 2023, Lane joined Pacific Companies as the Director of Recruiting.
