Noorain Chaudhry

Noorain Chaudhry, CDP, PHR, currently serves as VP, Sr. HR Business Partner for Organizational Development Initiatives at Pacific Premier Bank, having advanced from the role of AVP in February 2021. Prior to this, Noorain worked as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte and held the position of Organizational Development Consultant & Manager for the County of Orange. Earlier in Noorain’s career, experience included roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Specialist at Glidewell Dental, as well as Engineering Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist at Volt Workforce Solutions. Noorain began the professional journey as a Graduate Research Associate at Vanguard University of Southern California. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Intercultural Relations from Vanguard University.
