Peter Kratochvila

Peter Kratochvila began their work experience in 1998 as a Regulatory Affairs Scientist/Associate at Bayer Plc. Peter then moved on to Pfizer in 2001, where they held various roles in Regulatory Affairs until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Johnson & Johnson, starting as an Associate Director and progressing to Senior Director and Director positions in Global and EMEA Regulatory Affairs. In 2014, they joined GSK as the VP of Wellness and North America, later becoming the Vice President responsible for US Regulatory Affairs, The Americas, and Global Switch & Innovation. In 2019, they joined Reckitt as the Head of Regulatory & Government Affairs NARA and later took on the role of Head of Regulatory Affairs Health, Group RA Compliance and Policy & Intelligence. Currently, Peter Kratochvila serves as the Vice President of Clinical Regulatory Affairs at Pacira BioSciences, Inc.

Peter Kratochvila studied at the University of Plymouth from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a BSc (Joint Hon) in Microbiology and Business Studies. Additionally, they attended The University of Sheffield to pursue an MA in Biotechnology Law & Ethics, and The University of Law for an LLB in Law.
