Caitlin Tormey Mongiardini has held a variety of roles in the corporate world. In 2014, they were an Interim-COO and Managing Director of Global Operations at Paddle8. In 2017, they became the Founder and Owner of East Bower Consulting. In 2016, they were a Vice President of Art and Archive Development at Condé Nast. From 2018-2019, they were the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Senior Vice President, Direct-to-Consumer at Naadam. In 2019, they were the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Thakoon and Something Navy. In 2021, they were the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Package Free. In 2022, they became the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Ivory Ella.

Caitlin Tormey Mongiardini attended Notre Dame Academy from 1997-2000, where they completed their high school education. Caitlin then attended Princeton University from 2001-2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Art Theirtory, Criticism and Conservation. From 2016-2018, they attended both Columbia Business School and London Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business.
