Fleur Gessner

Fleur Gessner has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Fleur is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Padam Mobility since June 2021. Prior to this, Fleur held various positions at Siemens, starting in 2012. From April 2021 to May 2021, they were a Specialist in Finance, Integration & Turnaround. In July 2018, they became the CFO at Bytemark, Inc., a Siemens company, and also served as the Interim CFO & Integration Manager at Bytemark from July 2018 to October 2018. Fleur also held the role of Business Integration Manager from January 2018 to June 2018, and Head of Business Administration - Industrial, Mining, and Freight Solutions from September 2016 to February 2018.

Prior to Siemens, Fleur worked as a Freelance Consultant at Ki3 Business Solutions Inc. from June 2011 to March 2012. Fleur also had their own business, Cybertary, where they worked as a Business Owner from August 2009 to June 2011, providing professional back office support services to business owners remotely.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Fleur worked at Siemens Inc. as a Project Controller from November 2003 to March 2009, where they managed commercial and financial aspects of contracts. Fleur also worked as a Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting from 1999 to 2003.

Fleur started their career as an Intern at The Monitor Group Inc. in 1998, BSH Home Appliances Group in 1997, and Lufthansa in 1996.

Fleur Gessner has a diverse educational background in the field of business administration. In 1995, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Administration from Middlesex University. This was followed by their enrollment at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, where they pursued a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in Europaeische Betriebswirtschaft from 1997 to 1999. In 2001, they participated in a summer program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. Concurrently, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, which they accomplished in 2002. Overall, Fleur Gessner's education has provided their with a strong foundation in various aspects of business management and administration.
