Chief Product Officer - Clinch at PageUp

Fiona Moreton has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Fiona began their career as an HR Consultant at PageUp People Pty Ltd, where they worked from 2003 to 2007. In this role, they focused on improving clients' use of PageUp's system and aligning their recruitment processes. Fiona successfully globalized the recruitment technology for one of the local clients during their tenure.

After that, Fiona moved to Monster in 2011, where they initially worked as a Business Development Manager, developing strategic internet recruitment solutions for top Australian clients. Fiona then took on the role of Client Relations Manager, managing a team of seven and training external customers. Fiona successfully increased the client renewal rate and achieved incremental business targets. Monster closed its Australian office in August 2003.

Fiona joined PageUp in 2007 and held various roles, including Client Portfolio Manager and Global Senior Product Manager. Fiona later transitioned to the role of Head of Product Strategy, where they were responsible for the product marketing and commercialization of PageUp's product suite. Fiona also served as the VP of New Market Strategy, where they focused on identifying and building processes to support entry into new markets for growth acceleration.

Currently, Fiona is the Chief Product Officer - Clinch at PageUp, a role they started in December 2022. In this position, they lead the business unit responsible for developing and promoting recruitment marketing for both PageUp and Clinch brands.

Throughout their career, Fiona has demonstrated skills in product management, marketing, customer satisfaction, strategic partnerships, and new market entry. Fiona has experience working in industries such as HR technology, recruitment, and consulting.

Fiona Moreton's education history includes various programs and degrees completed over the years. In 1991, they attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in History, which they completed in 1994. Following this, in 2007, Fiona enrolled at CIPD, where they pursued a degree in People Management and Development, obtaining a CIPD qualification in 2009. In 2014, they attended Pragmatic Marketing for a Product Management course. Lastly, in 2018, Fiona attended the Australian College of Applied Education for the Women in Leadership - Executive Ready Program.
