Julie Bissinger

Julie Bissinger's work experience begins in 2012 as a Coordinator of Marketing Communications at National Instruments. From 2013 to 2019, they held various roles at Facebook, including Associate, Global Marketing Solutions, Program Manager, Media Operations, and Manager, Media Operations. In 2019, Julie co-founded Sela, a platform that promotes transparency and community in development projects through blockchain and artificial intelligence. Julie later joined Pagoda, where they served as Business Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the expansion and developer adoption of NEAR Protocol.

Julie Bissinger attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2008 to 2012. Julie pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree with a focus on the Senior Fellows Honors Program. Their field of study was Journalism.
