Holly R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Holly started their career as a Consultant at National Geographic, where they worked as an HTML programmer and designer for their website. Holly then moved on to USinternetworking, Inc. as a Senior Design Consultant, where they led projects involving UI design, website implementation, and requirements gathering for clients such as Lattice Communications, Inc. and Hershey Foods International.

Holly also worked as an Independent Design Consultant, specializing in B2B and B2C e-commerce applications. In this role, they focused on information design, project management, and solutions engineering to maximize ROI for clients across various industries. Some of their notable clients included UBS and the St.

Holly later joined Simplexity (formerly InPhonic, Inc.) as the Senior Director of Strategic Development. Here, they were responsible for creating and implementing customized e-commerce approaches for the wireless industry. This involved IT project management, vendor selection, integration, and staff management for clients like Amazon, Best Buy, and Motorola.

Holly also had experience at IBM Global Services as a Managing Consultant, idfive, LLC as the Director of Information Design, and as a Project Manager/Business Analyst/Agile Strategist at Holly Rawson, where they provided consulting services to commercial, federal government, and non-profit clients for online application and communications development. At Booz Allen Hamilton, they served as a Senior Lead Technologist, responsible for project management and digital strategy for federal government clients.

Most recently, Holly worked at the Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth (CTY) as an IT Project Manager. In this role, they supported various technology projects, leading business analysis, requirements gathering, project planning, execution management, and resource management.

Currently, Holly holds the position of Senior Project Manager at PairSoft, where they plan, establishes, and manages implementation projects. Holly serves as a liaison between the customer, stakeholders, and technical team members and applies project management tools and techniques to manage a broad portfolio of projects.

Holly R. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from William & Mary, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Holly later pursued a Master's degree in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore, attending from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their academic qualifications, Holly R. has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the following: Management Development Certificate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in March 2021, ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching) and ICT-ATF (Agile Team Facilitation) from ICAgile in September 2017, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2009, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in January 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in September 2013.
