Who We Are

Palasino is a new player in the online casino world.  Having operated for over 25 years in land-based casinos in the Czech Republic, PALASINO will bring their renowned gaming and entertainment experience online using the expertise of iGaming industry specialists to launch a new online casino platform.

We are currently hiring a Head of Marketing responsible for building the marketing strategy for the new online casino.  The scope of the role is to put the strategy into a time lined action plan and also to bring in the necessary resources on board to implement and achieve the plan. 

What will you be doing?

  • Creating and overseeing the vision, strategy, and day-to-day management of Palasino’s digital marketing plan;

  • Managing and growing multiple high value in-house marketing campaigns;

  • Leading innovation and advancement of the overall digital marketing agenda through the proposal and execution of an annual roadmap, supported by tried and tested stats derived from your years of experience in a similar role;

  • Implementing, managing and optimizing acquisition strategies for Palasino;

  • Ensuring positive ROI and business growth whilst making outgoing cost decisions based on performance;

  • Analyzing market research to identify new opportunities, issues, market trends or gaps in the market that will generate revenue;

  • Full ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, mechanics, briefing and bonus costs management for the Casino;

  • Creation and execution of a plan for acquisition, retention and activation of new partnerships;

  • Managing and growing a team, indicating the optimal team structure, team training & development where necessary, and clear processes for ensured growth and continuity;

  • Working closely with the Casino and Marketing team for the land-based operation;

  • Analyzing promotions, including welcome offers for new customers to maximize conversion funnels; and,

  • Deep understanding of area related KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role;

  • Strong communication skills in English;

  • Exceptional sales and acquisition negotiation experience and a proven track record in meeting revenue and new business targets, preferably in an online gaming environment;

  • Proven experience in management of multiple marketing channels and campaigns;

  • Solid experience in the delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns in a start-up environment and delivering on budgets;

  • Outstanding interpersonal / people skills; and,

  • Knowledge of the Canadian market is considered a plus.
