Damon Wills

Damon Wills has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Damon started their career as a Shipping Clerk at Cascade Designs while attending college. Damon then progressed to roles such as Production Scheduler, Master Production Scheduler, and Sr Master Scheduler. Damon also served as a Configuration Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Cascade Designs. In these roles, they managed sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships domestically and internationally, requiring frequent travel. Damon later joined Bucky's as a Bike Messenger, describing it as one of the most enjoyable jobs they had. Damon also worked as a Handyman in a self-employed capacity. Currently, Damon is working as a Supply Chain Manager at Pallet, where they are responsible for purchasing planning, sourcing, and other supply chain duties.
