Adrian West

Adrian West has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Adrian is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Pallion. Prior to this, Adrian worked at Amazon Web Services as the Global & APJC HR Leader. Adrian also held positions at Cisco, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Head of HR for Australia and New Zealand, as well as the APJC HR Business Partner for the Services Organization. Before joining Cisco, Adrian worked at Optus as the Human Resources Director, where they provided strategic and operational HR leadership. Adrian began their career at Cisco as the APAC Human Resources and Employee Relations Manager, where they designed people strategies and provided employee relations advice across multiple countries.

Adrian West has a Bachelor of Business degree from Charles Sturt University. Adrian also holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney. Furthermore, Adrian has completed the Foundations of Directorship program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
