Jason Baril

Vice President, Donated Goods at Palmetto Goodwill

Jason Baril has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as a Sales Manager at Circuit City, where they provided supervision and training to associates. Jason then became a Store Director, overseeing all aspects of a retail store. Jason joined Target in 2005 as an Executive Team Leader, responsible for opening new stores and leading a team of hourly and salaried employees. Jason later became a Store Team Leader, overseeing operations of a district flagship location. In 2014, Jason joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Store Manager, responsible for total store operation and sales performance. Jason then joined Dollar General in 2016 as a District Manager, overseeing 21 stores, and later became a Regional Director, responsible for 258 stores. Currently, Jason is the Vice President of Donated Goods at Palmetto Goodwill, where they provide leadership and creates a supportive work environment.

Jason Baril earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Worcester State University in 2007. In addition, they obtained the National Food Safety Certification from ServSafe in April 2008.
