Leo Cerda

Leo Cerda has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and climate tech sectors. They have served as a Sustainability Specialist at Leafr, a Chief Product Officer at PALO IT, a Climate Tech Startup Mentor at EnergyLab, and a Climate Tech Startup Mentor at Climate Salad. Leo has also worked as a Startup Mentor at Techstars, the Founder of More Traction, an Investor at Ecologi, and a Climate Tech Fellow at Startmate. Additionally, they have held positions as a Climate Tech Product Strategist at Raaise and a Product Strategist at Molteni Consulting. Leo's roles have involved supporting and advising climate tech startups, developing product strategies, and driving digital transformations for organizations.

Leo Cerda attended Universidad Metropolitana from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Production Engineering. In 2007, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment at Kaplan Professional. In 2012, Leo completed a program in Lean UX at General Assembly. Leo further enhanced their skills in User Experience Design by attending General Assembly's User Experience Design program in 2013. Leo also completed a Design Sprint Facilitation program at Udacity in 2017. Additionally, Leo has obtained various certifications, including B Corp Certification, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot. Leo also holds certifications in Design Sprint 2.0 Facilitator and Design Sprint Nanodegree from AJ&Smart GmbH and Udacity, respectively. Leo has further certifications in Human-Centered Design - Facilitator from IDEO.org and Lean Startup - Mentor from LEANSTACK. Additionally, they are certified in Human-Centered Design - Practitioner & Coach from LUMA Institute. In recent years, Leo has obtained certifications in Permaculture Living from Milkwood and Miro Essentials from Miro.
