David Ruiz Villanueva

David Ruiz Villanueva has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. David started their career as a Web Designer at Seccion Amarilla USA in 2008 and later worked as a Web Designer and Graphic Designer at the WORLD BOXING COUNCIL. From 2011 to 2012, David served as the Web Coordinator at Notmusa, where they were responsible for coordinating the web design area and creating interactive media presentations for major sporting events.

In 2012, David joined Anzen Soluciones as a UX/UI Designer and Front-end developer. David then moved on to work as an Information Architect at Ingenia Digital Agency from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they became a UX Consultant at axity.

David's career took a significant turn in 2017 when they joined PALO IT as a Senior UX Consultant tech lead. Here, they focused on designing strategies and experiences for end users and also managed a team. In 2020, David co-founded Oddity Noise.

David's most recent role was at Banco Sabadell, where they worked as a Senior Product Designer from April 2021 to December 2021.

David Ruiz Villanueva obtained a Licentiate degree in Graphic Design from the Universidad Tecnológica de México in the years 2002-2006. David also has additional certifications including an EFSET English Certificate from EF Education First in 2023, and various online workshops and courses from institutions such as LinkedIn, Udemy, Elevaria, and The Interaction Design Foundation.
