Katie Costello

Katie Costello's work experience includes serving as the Chief of Staff at Pandion since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital from May 2021 to July 2022 and at Avista Capital Partners from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, Katie was an MBA Intern in Strategy & Innovation at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Katie also held various roles at ACON Investments, L.L.C., including Senior Associate from 2017 to 2018, Associate from 2015 to 2017, and Analyst from 2013 to 2015. Katie started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners in 2012.

Katie Costello completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Wharton School from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Before entering college, Katie attended Phillips Academy. In addition to their academic qualifications, they are also a certified Yoga Instructor, having obtained their RYT-200 certification from the Yoga Alliance in January 2017.
