Hayley Sammut

Hayley Sammut is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at Pantheon Ventures since February 2024, Hayley previously held the position of Head of Resourcing at RTS People, where expertise in RPO and in-house recruitment was utilized to provide effective talent solutions. Additional experience includes roles such as Regional TA Manager at AMS for Medtronic, Careers and Employability Adviser at the University of Lincoln, and Senior Recruiter at Nike, specializing in retail management. Earlier career roles involved senior recruitment positions with Vodafone and Covidien while also contributing as a Staffing Consultant at Microsoft. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and French from Durham University.
