Erin Hanley Bostick

Erin Hanley Bostick is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Head of Talent Management at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. since September 2024, and as a member of the Board of Directors at CASA for Kids South Central Texas since March 2023. Previous roles include Director of Talent Management and DE&I at Cornerstone Building Brands, and Director of Talent Management at PERMA-PIPE. Bostick has extensive experience at Halliburton, where responsibilities included leading employee experience initiatives and managing global HR transformation efforts. Entrepreneurial experience includes founding CAVU Coaching, Consulting, and Continuous Improvement. Bostick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Organizational and HR Development from Abilene Christian University.
