Michelle Bass Phr

Michelle Bass has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Michelle is currently the Director of Human Resources at Paragon Films, Inc. and previously held the position of Corporate HR Manager at the same company. Before joining Paragon Films, Inc., Michelle worked as the SVP/Human Resources Business Partner at First Oklahoma Bank, where they provided HR guidance, built employee training programs, and managed FMLA policy. Prior to that, they served as AVP/HR Business Partner II at The F&M Bank & Trust Company, where they acted as a strategic partner for all lines of business in multiple markets. Michelle also has experience in staffing and recruitment, having worked as a Staffing Manager and Staffing Specialist at ASC - AMERICAN STAFFCORP. Michelle started their career as an Inside Sales representative at MBA and a Fundraising Specialist at the American Cancer Society.

Michelle Bass, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their high school education at Ardmore High School. Michelle obtained their high school diploma, although the specific years of attendance were not provided. After completing high school, Michelle attended Oklahoma State University from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Marketing/Management.
