Briana C.

Briana C. has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Home Health Aide at Good Shepherd Community, where they assisted residents with daily living necessities and organized activities. In 2011, they worked at MindSHIFT Technologies as a Junior Logistics Support, managing quotes, order intake, and computer equipment. From 2012 to 2017, Briana worked at mindSHIFT, a Ricoh company, first as a Quoting Specialist, administering and coordinating quoting activities, and later as a Senior Administrator of Operations, handling licensing, warranty renewals, equipment quotes, and general office responsibilities. In 2012, they also worked briefly as a Customer Service Representative at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., assisting logistical workers with payment-related queries. From 2018 to 2023, Briana worked at Pro-Tec Design, first as an Estimator and later as an Application Engineer, where they assisted the sales team in determining the best security design solutions and researched new products and technologies. Currently, Briana is employed at Parallel Technologies, Inc. as a Presales Engineer, responsible for evaluating project requirements, developing best practices and pricing, and providing clear direction for complex projects.

Briana C. began their education at St. John's Preparatory School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General High School in the years 1997-2001. Briana then pursued their interest in Fine/Studio Arts, General and attended Concordia College from 2001 to 2005. Continuing their education in the same field, they enrolled at Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, in April 2019, Briana C. obtained the Axis Communications' Academy Network Video Fundamentals & Certification from Axis Communications.
