Kimberly Stein

Kimberly Stein has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. From 2022, they served as the SVP of Corporate Technology at Parexel. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP of Enterprise IT and HR Technology at News Corp from April 2022 to September 2022. At Carrier from July 2019 to April 2022, they worked as the Executive Director of HR Technology, where they focused on optimizing HR systems, automating processes, and enhancing the employee and business partner experience.

From 2014 to 2019, Kimberly held various positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Kimberly served as the Sr. Director of IT for HPE Financial Services, where they managed global IT solutions and drove business transformation through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP solution. At HPE, they also worked as the Director of IT for HR, overseeing the global implementation of the Workday SAAS solution and improving efficiency through process harmonization and centralized reporting. Additionally, they served as the Director of IT for Corp Admin & Shared Services, managing enterprise-wide IT project portfolio consolidation.

Before HPE, Kimberly worked as the Director of IT for Asia Pacific at HP Financial Services, where they were responsible for systems and technology across 14 countries. Kimberly also served as the Director of Global IT Integration for the HP-Compaq merger and as the Director of Global Software Development for HP Financial Services.

Prior to their roles at HPE and HP Financial Services, they were the Director of Software Development at Seismiq, Inc., where they implemented Extreme Programming methodology and built a team and infrastructure. Kimberly also held positions at CIT (now Tyco) and the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York.

Kimberly Stein received an MBA in Information Systems from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, which they completed from 1990 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BA) in Economics from Rutgers University, both achieved from 1980 to 1984. Kimberly also pursued additional education in leadership and information services, completing a Harvard Business School Leadership Education - Delivering Information Services program at Harvard University and high impact leadership training at the University of California, Berkeley. In terms of certifications, Kimberly has obtained the YAP Academy LinkedIn Masterclass certification from YAP Media in 2023, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2014, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2006.
