Mike Ford

Mike Ford has extensive work experience in the clinical research industry. Mike started their career at Kenan-Flagler Business School as a Computer Consultant III. Mike then joined Health Decisions, where they held various roles, including Assistant Project Manager/Clinical Research Associate and Head of Data Management. After that, they worked at INC Research, where they served as a Group Manager, Director, and Executive Director in different departments. Following their time at INC Research, they joined Syneos Health as Vice President, overseeing Trial Master File & CDS Operations and Clinical Development Services Operations. Mike is currently the Vice President of Business Process Excellence at Parexel.

Mike Ford earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 1991 and 1995. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution from 2001 to 2003.
