Dennis Marco has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dennis started their career in 1978 as a Special Assistant for United States Senator Bill Bradley. From 1987 to 1990, they worked as a Manager at Hartz Mountain Corporation. In 1991, Marco joined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ as a Vice President, a position they held until 2002.

From 2001 to 2008, they served as a Board Member for both Community Blood Services and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In 2002, they became a Board Member for the American Diabetes Association, and later served as a National Board Member from 2009 to 2011.

In 2006, Marco joined Porzio Governmental Affairs, LLC as the Executive Vice President, a role they held until 2011. In the same year, they founded Hamilton Public Affairs, LLC and became its Managing Partner.

In 2012, Marco joined Parkmobile USA, Inc. as part of their Business Development team. In 2014, they were elected as Councilman for the Borough of North Haledon, serving on various committees and as a Council Representative to the Planning Board.

Dennis Marco began their education journey in 1969 at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Dennis successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1975. Following this, Dennis enrolled at the New School for Social Research from 1975 to 1977, where they focused on Urban Affairs and Policy Analysis, earning himself a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree.
