Alexandra Pernstich

Alexandra Pernstich has eight years of work experience in a variety of roles. Alexandra began their career in 2011 as a Research Internship at the Section of Biological Psychology at the Department of Psychology at the University of Graz. Alexandra then held a Project Assistant role at agil - Health Management. In 2013, they completed an Internship at Trainkoop KG and an Internship in the Department of Human Resources at SEL AG. In 2015, Alexandra worked as a Manager of Candidate Relations - Engineering at Hays and a Project Assistant, coding and analysis of psychological tests at Büro für Talenteentwicklung der Landesakademie Niederösterreich. Alexandra then held a Recruiting & Selection role at IVM Technical Consultants from 2016 to 2019. Alexandra currently works as a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist at Parkside.

Alexandra Pernstich obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in 2012. Alexandra then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the same university, graduating in 2015. During their master's degree program, Alexandra also participated in an exchange semester at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014, studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Anthropology. In 2019, Alexandra obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from WIFI Graz. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Business Administration for Psychologists from the Department of Corporate Leadership and Entrepreneurship at the University of Graz in 2014. Finally, in 2008, Alexandra obtained a Bilingual Certificate A (German-Italian) Level C1 from the Repubblica Italiana, Commissariato del Governo per la provincia di Bolzano.
