James Perduto has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. James currently works as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at PAR Technology, where they lead the talent acquisition team and develops strategies for executive, lateral, early career, and diversity recruitment. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition at BNP Paribas, responsible for recruitment and diversity hiring in the Americas region. James also has experience as a Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Advisor at HRProfessionals, where they worked on various projects related to HR process alignment and talent management for different companies. James previously held leadership positions at Fiserv, where they contributed to strategic planning and execution in talent acquisition and retention, and at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they drove military-affiliated hiring efforts and led the 100,000 Jobs Mission initiative. James also has a background in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where they served as a Captain.

James Perduto has a diverse education history with a focus on maritime and military studies. James holds a Masters Degree, M.S. in International Trade & Transportation Management from the State University of New York Maritime College. James also completed the Command Staff College at Marine Corps University, specializing in Organizational Leadership.

Prior to their Masters Degree, James completed a Bachelor of Science, B.S. in Marine Transportation with a focus on International Business & Logistics at the State University of New York Maritime College. James also attended the United States Military Academy Preparatory School, from which they graduated and received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army.

James started their educational journey at Garden City High School, where they received a NY State Regents diploma.

In addition to their formal education, James Perduto obtained various certifications. James holds a U.S. Merchant Marine Unlimited Mate & Limited Master's License, obtained from the U.S. Coast Guard in February 2021. James is also a Craftmaster, certified by the US Navy in August 1997. Furthermore, James achieved the Strategic Sealift Officer Warfare Insignia from the US Navy in May 1991. James is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by HRCI. Lastly, James holds a TS-SCI Clearance from the United States Department of Defense.
