Wayne Yang

Wayne Yang has a diverse work experience in various roles related to risk management and audit. Wayne is currently working as the Head of Risk at Partners Life since October 2022. Previously, they held the position of Senior Manager at KPMG New Zealand from September 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager in the Risk Management Group at Macquarie Group from February 2019 to September 2021. Wayne also served as a Manager in Group Operational Risk at Westpac Group from August 2016 to February 2019. Wayne has experience in business risk and control management, as well as compliance advisory roles at HSBC, Suncorp Group, and Vero Insurance New Zealand. Wayne started their career as a Senior Auditor at PRGX from February 2009 to June 2013.

Wayne Yang obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Accounting from The University of Auckland. Wayne attended the university from 2005 to 2008.
