Colin Coleman

Colin Coleman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business law and corporate transactions. Currently serving as a partner and leader in the Business and Transaction Practice Group at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP since March 2016, Colin manages responsibilities between offices in Boston and Providence while also engaging with clients in Westwood, MA. Prior to this role, Colin was the managing partner at Innovative Business Law Group, PC for nearly two decades, where the focus was on providing innovative legal services to closely-held companies in areas such as mergers and acquisitions and startup counsel. Colin’s legal career began with positions at Edwards & Angell, LLP and Brobeck, Phlegar & Harrison, coupled with earlier volunteer experience as an English teacher in the Marshall Islands. Educational qualifications include a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in Medieval History from Fordham University.
