Alyssa Silva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alyssa began their career as a Receptionist at Boniface Hiers Automotive Dealerships in 2013 and then transitioned to the role of Business Development Representative. Following their time at Boniface Hiers, Alyssa worked as a Receptionist/Sterile Processing Tech at Sedaros Oral Facial Surgery from 2015 to 2016. Alyssa then joined Space Coast Advanced Health as a Registered Chiropractic Assistant from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, Alyssa joined Go Port as a Greeter and later took on roles such as Lead Greeter, Assistant Transportation Manager, and Greeter Manager. Alyssa'sfinal role at Go Port was as a Customer Operations Advisor. Currently, Alyssa is working at Passport as a Customer Experience Associate and has recently been promoted to the role of Sr. CX Associate, QA & Training Team Lead, Egypt CX Team Manager.

Alyssa Silva completed their high school education at New Oxford Senior High School in the year 2011. Alyssa then pursued a degree in General Studies and received an Associate of Arts (AA) from Eastern Florida State College between 2011 and 2013.
