Angela is the SVP and General Counsel at Patelco. Angela is an accomplished General Counsel with over 20 years of experience providing legal and business counsel to companies in various stages of development from large, global public companies to startup fintechs.

She brings deep experience in financial services regulatory compliance, complex commercial transactions, and corporate matters, and her areas of specialty include regulatory compliance, commercial technology transactions, corporate law, licensing, labor and employment, M&A, data privacy, and risk management. Angela was recognized and honored with a 2022 Women, Influence & Power Law Award in the category of In-House Counsel - Collaborative Leadership.
