Martyn McKean has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martyn has held senior positions such as Chief Technology Officer at various organizations.

In their most recent role as Chief Technology Officer at Path, Martyn led the technology initiatives of the SEC-registered investment firm specializing in cryptocurrency investing.

Prior to Path, Martyn served as the Chief Technology Officer at Swyftx, where they played a key role in developing the platform for seamless cryptocurrency trading in Australia.

Martyn also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Arkose Labs, a global fraud prevention company. In this role, they led the development of a user-friendly fraud prevention solution for top enterprises.

Before Arkose Labs, Martyn served as the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Temando, a multi-carrier shipping platform for eCommerce. Martyn was responsible for the execution and delivery of product strategies and the worldwide cloud SaaS platform related to shipping.

Martyn also has experience as the Chief Technology Officer at Atturra, KoBold Group, Acumen International, Logicalis Australia, and Diversus Group Managed Services.

Additionally, Martyn co-founded Intermine, a storage resource management company, where they progressed from software development to CTO and eventually became the CEO.

Martyn started their career as an Application Programmer at LeasePlan (Australia), where they worked on various projects utilizing PowerBuilder and Oracle database.

Martyn McKean's education history begins in 1989 when they attended GCIT and obtained an Associate Diploma in Business with a specialization in Information Technology. Martyn then took a break from formal education until 2006 when they enrolled at Acumen International. In 2007, they completed a program called "Executive Acumen" where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Afterwards, they pursued further education at San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2015, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
