Darcy Snyder

Darcy Snyder, SHRM-SCP, PHR is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Darcy began their career in 1997 as a Senior Staffing Consultant at Select Resource. In 2000, they moved to Macy's as a Human Resources Manager, where they coached managers in all aspects of performance management and employee relations, directed recruitment activities for two store locations, and collaborated with the Furniture Division Trainer to deliver diverse training for all employees. In 2009, they joined van Wagenen Financial Services as Vice President Human Resources, where they were a crucial member of the executive team and championed recruitment activities for exempt and non-exempt candidates. In 2020, they moved to ProPoint Solutions as Vice President Human Resources, where they were responsible for the most trusted name in salon management software. Most recently, they joined Pathlock in 2021 as the Director of Human Resources, North America and EMEA.

Darcy Snyder, SHRM-SCP, PHR, holds a BA in English with a concentration in French from Principia College, and a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Darcy also holds an Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate from the University of St. Thomas. Darcy attended Blake School prior to their college education.
