Rodger Scoggin is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and software development. Rodger has held various leadership roles throughout their career, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, team management, and technological innovation. Rodger'smost recent position was as the Director of CyberSecurity Architecture and Engineering at Pathward, where they were responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and overseeing a team of security engineers. Prior to that, Rodger served as the CXO/Owner of MECO Consulting, where they spearheaded enterprise architecture initiatives for a beverage distributor and served as the CTO and CISO for a healthcare payments organization. Rodger also has experience working at EY as a Senior Manager, where they led hiring and project jump-starts, and at FIS as the Director of Software Development, where they oversaw the development and maintenance of banking and financial transaction systems. Additionally, Rodger has a background in Avionics Engineering and worked at NASA for nearly a decade, participating in the development and operation of software systems for space missions.
