Shauna Dungan has been working in the HR and recruiting field for almost two decades, holding various leadership roles in multiple organizations. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Central Methodist University, Shauna currently serves as the Director of HR - Recruiting at Compass Health Network. Prior to this, Shauna held positions such as Corporate Recruiting Supervisor and Recruiting Manager. Before joining Compass Health Network, Shauna worked at Family Counseling Center of Missouri, Inc as a Human Resource Coordinator. Shauna also has experience working as an Office Manager at Daybreak Residential Treatment Center and as a Community Support Worker at the same Family Counseling Center prior to their HR roles.
