Erika Guerra began their work experience as a Personal Trainer at Synergy strength and conditioning in February 2013, where they worked until April 2015. Erika then joined Virtua Health in October 2015 as a Dietetic Technician and remained there until June 2019. Following this, Erika worked at Morrison Healthcare from June 2019 to August 2021 as a Patient Experience/Service Manager. Currently, they are employed at PatientPoint® as a Field Account Manager since August 2021, and recently, they have transitioned into the role of a Regional Account Manager since April 2023. In their role at PatientPoint, they have achieved various accomplishments, including being a President's Club Winner in 2022 and consistently exceeding sales quotas. Erika also served as a designated new hire trainer and maintained regular contact with physician offices to provide support for PatientPoint products and services.
Erika Guerra has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Science from Wilmington University, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associates degree in Dietetic Technician from Camden County College, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Erika has obtained several certifications. Erika received the Patient Programs Certification from Morrison Healthcare in August 2019, the ServSafe Manager certification from the American National Standards Institute in May 2018, and is also certified as an International Federation of Bodybuilding Fitness Athlete by IFBB since June 2014.
