Frederic Demeure

Frederic Demeure is the Président d'Honneur at RefR since October 2023. Previously, they held various roles in the hospitality industry, starting as a Commis de rang at Restaurant La Poularde ** in 1982 and working their way up to Assistant Maître d'Hôtel at Paul Bocuse - Le Restaurant Gastronomique. Frederic has a BEP hôtellerie restauration degree from Lycée Professionnel Hôtelier de St-Chamond.
