Kristiina Kuulman

Kristiina Kuulman has over 10 years of work experience. Kristiina began their career in 2009 as a Call Center Agent at Telecom Networks Contact Center. In 2010, they worked as a Store Manager at Turistell OÜ, where their main tasks included bid offers, work organization, staffing, scheduling and micro supply chain management. In 2015, Kristiina worked as an HR Trainee at ABB, where their main tasks included analyzing personnel data and different personnel documents, organizing trainings, participation in recruitment processes as well as continuous improvement projects. From 2016 to 2019, Kristiina worked at ABB in two roles: Talent Acquisition Specialist and Master Data Specialist. Her duties as Talent Acquisition Specialist included timely delivery of Talent Acquisition services that include crafting job ads, candidate screening, coordinating interviews as well as other TA related administrative tasks. As Master Data Specialist, they participated in Swedish and Danish Master Data Knowledge Capture in Sweden as well as effectively transferring and implementing new processes in the Shared Services Center in Tallinn. In 2019, they moved to Creditstar Group AS as a People Operations & Culture Manager and People Partner. Currently, Kristiina is a People Operations Manager at pawaPay.

Kristiina Kuulman obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tallinn University between 2011 and 2014.
