Oleg Pikarevskyi

Oleg Pikarevskyi has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Oleg is currently serving as the Head of Operations at ECOMMERCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (PayDo) since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Evercon from November 2020 to August 2021. From February 2020 to November 2020, Oleg held the position of Head of Operational Department and COO at Outstaffing AS. Oleg also gained experience as the Head of Automation Department and Co-founder at BITEGRICO from January 2018 to January 2020.

Before this, Oleg worked at JayaDigital where they served as a Business Analyst from March 2014 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for writing user case scenarios, communicating requirements, coordinating sprint deliverables, and supporting the development of ecommerce and web solutions. Oleg also took on the role of New Business Director at JayaDigital from April 2013 to February 2014, where they established the sales department, managed the partner channel, conducted sales processes, and achieved revenue goals.

Additionally, Oleg has experience from their time at 4D vision as a Master Project Consultant for their thesis in 2012 and as the Commercial Director at Visoka Gra from December 2009 to May 2011. Oleg managed commercial strategies and executed a hydroponic greenhouse complex project. Furthermore, Oleg worked as a BDM at RMI Ukraine from August 2006 to May 2008, where they oversaw sales points and established branches in different cities.

Oleg Pikarevskyi completed their Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship degree in Economics from the Antwerp Management School from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the International Christian University - Kiev, graduating between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, Oleg obtained various certifications, including Leading Strategic Innovation in Organizations from Coursera Verified Certificates in August 2014, Open Water diver from PADI in April 2012, Master level English (level 6-13/15) from Speak Up in July 2011, Oratory Skills from Dom Pashkova in November 2010, Frictionless Sales Certificate from HubSpot Academy in February 2020, and Inbound Sales Certificate from HubSpot Academy in November 2017.
