Volodymyr Storozhuk has a diverse work experience in customer support and team management roles. Volodymyr currently works at PayDo as the Head of Customer Support. Prior to this, they worked at Playrix as the Marketing Creatives Team Lead, where they managed an international team, motivated them to achieve organizational goals, and implemented timelines to achieve targets. Volodymyr also served as a Support Team Lead at Playrix, managing remote support agents, maintaining and improving team KPIs, and providing training. Before joining Playrix, they worked at Gameloft as a Customer Care Agent, providing accurate information, handling complaints and requests, and offering appropriate solutions within time limits. Volodymyr also has experience at 4writers as a Customer Support Agent, where they provided customers with accurate information, communicated with different departments, and resolved issues.

Volodymyr Storozhuk obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs, Translation, and Teaching from The National University of Ostroh Academy. Volodymyr completed their degree from 2007 to 2013.

In 2008 and 2009, Volodymyr attended Istituto Tecnico Leonardo da Vinci in Rome to study Tourism and Travel Services Management.

In 2007, they spent some time at Inlingua in Malta to study English Language and Literature.

Additionally, they obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received a Social Course "Project Management in IT" certification from Sigma Software Group. In 2010, they obtained a Chinese Language entry-level certification, as well as a certification in the Theory and Practice of English Translation, both from The National University of Ostroh Academy.
