Kelly Graziadei

Kelly Graziadei has held various roles in the technology and marketing industries since 1997. Kelly began their career at SBC Communications as Associate Director of Product Marketing. Kelly then moved to AltaVista Corporation in 2000 as a Strategic Account Manager. In 2002, Graziadei was appointed Director of Interactive Marketing at 90octane. In 2004, they joined Yahoo! as Managing Director of Global Account Management & Operations and Managing Director of Agency Development. In 2010, Graziadei became Director of Media Partnerships, Director of Global Product Marketing, Director of Global Sales & Account Management, and Head of North America Mid-Market Sales & Account Management at Facebook. Kelly managed a 125-person organization across Menlo Park, Austin, and D.C., driving significant revenue growth and activating over 1200 new advertisers. In 2018, Graziadei joined Foundation Capital as an Entrepreneur In Residence and F7 Ventures as Founder & General Partner. F7 is comprised of seven senior female operators who met at Facebook. In 2021, Graziadei was appointed Board Director at Payfare Inc. and Advisory Board at H2 (h2.co). Kelly is also a Board Director at Pacific Community Ventures, a position they have held since 2013.

Kelly Graziadei obtained a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1993 and 1997. In 2020, they earned a Certified Professional Coach certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
