National Sales Director at PayJunction

Andrew DeBlis has worked in sales and management roles since 2005. From 2005-2009, they worked as an Outside Sales Representative for Builders Window Supply in San Diego County, where they prospected new clients, cold called, processed and delivered orders, prepared bid proposals, and visited job sites to ensure quality installation. From 2009 to present, they have been employed by PayJunction as a National Sales Director, Sales Representative, and Assistant Manager. In their role as National Sales Director, they showcase the features and benefits of PayJunction's Trinity software to small and medium sized businesses. As a Sales Representative, they consult with merchants to determine which features of the software pertain to their business type, and uses webinars to demonstrate the product and negotiate contracts. As Assistant Manager, they prospect and recruits web developers, accountants, financial service representatives, business development and sales professionals to sell PayJunction's Trinity software. Andrew also helps manage recruiting staff and creates incentive programs to increase productivity.

Andrew DeBlis attended Torrey Pines High from 2004 to 2006, San Francisco State University from 2006 to 2007, and Santa Barbara City College from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Business Management and Sociology, respectively.
