Michael Marino

Michael Marino is an accomplished sales leader with over two decades of experience in Human Capital Management solutions. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Paylocity since July 2023, Michael leads a team focused on supporting clients throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior to this role, Michael spent nearly 21 years at ADP, holding various senior leadership positions including Senior Sales Executive for Global Enterprise Solutions and Vice President of Client Services for Major Accounts, where oversight included the management of 11,000 existing clients and the strategic development of sales teams. Michael's career began at Direct Capital Corporation as a Sales Associate, followed by a solid educational foundation with a Business Management degree from Plymouth State University and a dual MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
