Tracy Donahue

Tracy Donahue currently serves as Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, and Global Head of Litigation at PayPal, a position held since July 2015. Prior to this role, Tracy held the title of Director of Litigation at eBay Inc from January 2014 to July 2015. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at U-Haul International, Inc. from November 2004 to December 2013, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Scottsdale from January 2004 to November 2004, and as an Associate at Snell & Wilmer from September 2001 to January 2004. Tracy earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law between 1998 and 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa from 1994 to 1998.
