David Leccese

David Leccese, CSPO, CSM, is a Senior Manager of Software Delivery at Payscale since January 2021, responsible for leading Technical Delivery Managers and driving product feature delivery in collaboration with product management and engineering teams. Prior to this role, David served as Lead Delivery Manager for Gaming at DraftKings Inc., where oversight of Product Owners and Delivery Managers was key to delivering quality features across different gaming verticals. Previous experience includes an Agile Product Owner role at EBSCO Information Services, focusing on microservices migration and AWS integration, and extensive product development positions at American Student Assistance, where David contributed to product lifecycle management and the launch of a B2C technology stack. David holds a BA in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
