Anurag Badkur

Anurag Badkur has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Anurag currently holds the role of Head of Learning and Development at Paytm Payments Bank. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Rakuten Symphony. Anurag also served as a Teaching Fellow at Teach For India. Anurag has gained experience in learning and OD consulting at DAMAC Properties. Anurag has held leadership roles at Northern Trust Corporation, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and Deutsche Bank, where they were responsible for training and development activities. Anurag has also worked at HSBC as a Team Lead and Manager in the Training Academy. Anurag started their career as a State Collection Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and later worked as a Debt Management Agency Manager at Eserve International.

Anurag Badkur has a diverse education history. In 2019, they obtained a degree in Organization Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Prior to that, in 2002, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ITM Group of Institutions, specializing in Business Administration. Anurag also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce, which they completed in 1999. Anurag Badkur completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate from St Mary's Convent Higher Secondary school.
